Clinical Coordination

Dr. Bishara Serves as the
Clinical Point of Coordination

Each patient undergoes a diagnostic-first evaluation to identify injury, determine medical necessity, and guide care across conservative, interventional, and surgical pathways when medically indicated.

Dr. Bishara remains involved from initial evaluation through discharge and is available for depositions or case discussions when requested. All diagnostic opinions and documentation are based on clinical evaluation, imaging correlation, and evidence-based neuromusculoskeletal principles within chiropractic scope of practice.

Early Injury Identification

Diagnostic-first evaluation identifies injuries early, preventing missed diagnoses and supporting case value from the start.

Imaging & Referral Coordination

MRI, CT, NCV/EMG, and specialty imaging coordinated when medically indicated. Findings documented with imaging correlation.

Care Escalation When Indicated

When conservative management is insufficient, care is escalated to interventional pain or surgical specialists without delay.

Avoid Unnecessary Treatment

Care is driven by clinical findings — not volume. Patients are guided efficiently toward Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI).

Attorney FAQ

Common Questions from Referring Attorneys

Do you accept cases under a Letter of Protection (LOP)?

+
Yes. We accept qualified personal injury cases under a Letter of Protection. LOP cases are treated with the same clinical thoroughness as any other case. Attorney communication is maintained throughout the course of care and at case closure. Contact our office to discuss case eligibility.

How quickly can you schedule a referred patient?

+
We prioritize personal injury referrals and typically schedule new patients within the same week of referral. Early evaluation is clinically important — delayed documentation can create gaps that complicate both treatment and legal outcomes. Submit the referral form below and we'll confirm within one business day.

What documentation will I receive at case closure?

+
At case closure you receive a complete file including: the initial comprehensive evaluation report, imaging correlation analysis, phase-of-care progress notes, any specialist referral documentation, and a final narrative report. The narrative includes clinical diagnosis, causation opinion, treatment summary, and MMI determination when applicable. All records are structured for medical-legal use.

Is Dr. Bishara available for depositions?

+
Yes. Dr. Bishara is available for depositions and expert case discussions. All testimony is grounded in clinical findings, imaging correlation, and evidence-based neuromusculoskeletal principles within chiropractic scope of practice. Deposition requests should be coordinated through our office in advance.

Do you coordinate imaging and specialist referrals directly?

+
Yes. When imaging is medically indicated, we coordinate MRI, CT, X-ray, NCV/EMG, and other studies. When specialist care is needed — pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or surgery — referrals are initiated and documented directly. This ensures a continuous, documented chain of care rather than gaps in the medical record.

What happens if conservative care isn't sufficient?

+
When conservative management is insufficient — meaning symptoms aren't improving or neurologic deficits are present or progressing — care is escalated appropriately. Referrals to interventional pain management, orthopedic surgery, or neurology are made without delay and documented thoroughly. This escalation process is important for both the patient's outcome and the legal record.

How is Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) determined?

+
MMI is reached when a patient's condition has stabilized to the point where further significant improvement is not reasonably anticipated with continued treatment. This determination is made based on objective examination findings, functional status, and response to treatment over time — not on a fixed number of visits or a calendar date. MMI is formally documented in the final narrative report.

Do you accept workers' compensation cases?

+
Yes. Workers' compensation cases are accepted. Documentation for workers' comp follows the same diagnostic-first standard — comprehensive evaluation, imaging correlation, and structured progress reporting. Contact our office to verify coverage and discuss the referral process for your client's case.
