Your First Visit

A Diagnostic-First Evaluation

Your first visit is a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation — not a treatment session. Understanding the full picture of your condition comes before any treatment begins.

01

Intake & History

Dr. Bishara reviews your intake paperwork, discusses your history in detail, and asks specific questions about your symptoms, onset, mechanism, and any prior treatment. We want to understand your condition fully before examining you.

02

Orthopedic Examination

A comprehensive orthopedic evaluation is performed based on your presenting complaint — including range of motion, joint provocation tests, palpation, and structural assessment of the involved regions.

03

Neurological Examination

When nerve involvement is suspected or reported, a full neurological examination is performed — including reflex testing, dermatomal sensation, and myotomal strength assessment.

04

Diagnosis, Imaging & Plan

Based on your examination findings, a working diagnosis is established. If imaging is clinically indicated, it is coordinated promptly. A care plan is developed based on your diagnosis — not a preset protocol.
