Welcome to Precision Spine & Joint Institute. Whether you’re coming in after an accident, for a work-related injury, or seeking evaluation for a chronic condition — here is everything you need to know before your first visit with Dr. Bishara in Sugar Land, TX.
Your first visit is a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation — not a treatment session. Understanding the full picture of your condition comes before any treatment begins.
Dr. Bishara reviews your intake paperwork, discusses your history in detail, and asks specific questions about your symptoms, onset, mechanism, and any prior treatment. We want to understand your condition fully before examining you.
A comprehensive orthopedic evaluation is performed based on your presenting complaint — including range of motion, joint provocation tests, palpation, and structural assessment of the involved regions.
When nerve involvement is suspected or reported, a full neurological examination is performed — including reflex testing, dermatomal sensation, and myotomal strength assessment.
Based on your examination findings, a working diagnosis is established. If imaging is clinically indicated, it is coordinated promptly. A care plan is developed based on your diagnosis — not a preset protocol.
